Dear Fellow Underachiever,

Here is a tool that you might find usefull foro the underachiever month.

Here you can set up simple a survey page for your campaing

But I need your advice! to get the most out of the month, I want to make sure that you get as much information from the survey as possible.

So, will you let me know your most important requirement to a survey. It could be anything ... even if you think it’s silly.

All you have to do is type your question in the little box below and click submit. In exchange for your advice, I’ll give you free access to the survey tool during the underachiever month (July 2005).

Your email address will serve as an unique login. This way only you can access the results of your campaign
You can run up to 4 surveys at the same time

I hate spam just as much as everybody else, and promise not to give your email address to anybody.
Also, note I have no amazing, incredible, outstanding, etc. etc. products to sell you.
The only mails you will get are related to your campaigns
